We currently offer shipping to the following locations:
- Domestic: All orders within AUSTRALIA

- Shipping Time: Delivery usually takes 5-7 business days for domestic orders, depending on your location and the shipping carrier.
Please note that shipping times may vary due to factors such as holidays, weather, or external events beyond our control.
3. Shipping Charges
- Domestic Shipping: We offer free shipping for orders over A$200, otherwise a flat rate of A$50 will be charged for standard shipping.
All shipping charges will be calculated before finalizing your order at checkout.
4. Shipping Carrier
We use trusted carriers . We will provide tracking information as soon as your order ships so you can monitor its progress.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number and link to monitor your delivery. You can track your rug’s progress via the carrier’s website.
6. Delivery & Signature
To ensure the safe delivery of your rug, all orders will require a signature upon delivery. Please ensure someone is available to sign for the package at the address provided. If you are unavailable, the carrier may leave a delivery notice with instructions on how to retrieve your item.
8. Missing or Damaged Items
In the unlikely event that your rug arrives damaged or is missing, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the shipment. We will work with you to resolve the issue, either through a replacement, exchange, or refund as appropriate.
9. Address Changes
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot be responsible for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect or incomplete address details. If you need to make any changes to the shipping address after placing your order, please contact us immediately.
